Visiting the cathedral and especially accessing the roof terrace is a truly impressive and fantastic experience. The wealth of ideas and craftsmanship of the people of the time is always impressive. Absolutely recommendable.

How spectacular is its architecture and terraces. In addition I have coincided with all the Christmas illumination that makes it more beautiful.

As we were in milano out of season, there were no waiting times and plenty of opportunity to linger, look and marvel.

The Milan cathedral is awesome, a must to visit! The rooftop tour was great, such a beautiful view over the city. We were there about 20 minutes before, everything was very well organized.
The cathedral is a very beautiful building with a great roof terrace and a fantastic view over the city. What was a pity was that we booked and paid for tickets for the cathedral, roof terrace and the Musseum for that day. But the Musseum was unfortunately closed that day. That should have been different. Offering a ticket without the Musseum for this day.

I loved the roof terraces of the Duomo. You get a panoramic view of the city and can see the statues and details of the cathedral. What's more, we had superb, clear weather with a beautiful blue sky. Wow effect guaranteed! We had booked our tickets online in advance (visit to the cathedral + access to the roofs via the stairs) to avoid queuing. Not disappointed! It was our best visit to Milan

Ticketing is easy to use and very practical when you don't have a connection. We visited Milan's Duomo, which was great.

Very easy booking and felt great to walk up to like with ticket on phone. The tour was outstanding. Up to the marble slabs of the terrace and then down and into the church. I had plenty of time to tour and take photos
Everything worked perfectly. Milan Cathedral and the Cathedral Museum are an outstanding cultural experience overall. It would be nice if all the options were really included in the overall ticket and you didn't suddenly have to buy a special entrance ticket for the crypt of St. Charles Borromeo in the cathedral.

Part of the problem was the weather - it was wet which made the rooftop quite slippery and it was very crowded. When we completed the rooftop we were told to get into the cathedral we had to go to the front of the church to get in and the line up was so long and we would have had to wait in the rain. I asked a guide at the gate and he said we should have been able to get in directly from when we came down from the rooftop so there were mixed messages and we never got to the inside of the church as we were not prepared to wait for ages in the rain.
The booking and the ease of execution were perfect. The experience was wonderful. The terraces of the Duomo, a must see. The view when you come out of the staircase of the terraces leading inside the Duomo, I think is breathtaking. I loved it.

We were in line for more than half an hour and two groups passed by, one of them of 45 people, when we were already in line for more than 20 minutes, the only explanation, to the complaints of several people, including me, was that they had priority, without further explanation.

We really enjoyed seeing the Duomo and the city center! However, we will never travel to Milan again as we were completely robbed and we won't recommend it to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
View original review in German
The transaction was very smooth, digital tickets worked well. More information about the different coloured entrances and how to find them would have been helpful. Place and view amazing
The ticket mentioned lift access but we had to take the stairs while coming down, which was a lot of them and was very inconvenient with a toddler and a stroller. This was not even mentioned in the pdf ticket, so we had no idea that there would be so many stairs
Milano Duomo was fabulous!!! The roof top experience was just the best. The ticket purchase was easy and the directions were perfect.
When I was about to enter, the agent at the gate made me aware I had booked an actually different date. Instead of loosing the tiquets, he addressed us to the ticket office where a very gentle person issued new tiquets for us. They were all exceptionally kind and saved our visit. Thanks a lot.
It was wonderful to experience the Duomo and go on the rooftop and inside. Very moving and beautiful and we were able to experience Sunday mass.
The museum is magnificent! The tour and proximity to the works are a real treat 🤩 . On the other hand, I would have liked more transparency on the descent from the Duomo roofs, because with the Elevator option you have to go down on foot ... and with knee problems it's tricky ...

The views were spectacular of Milan on the rooftop! We took the stories up and down. Inside was beautiful. We had friends that took the elevator. They thought they could take it up and down, but it was only one way, up.
The interior is even more beautiful than the outside. The views from the rooftop are awesome! And felt like a unique experience since I've never been on the roof of a cathedral before.
We loved it. We didn't actually meet up with our guide. Not get fault as we sailed in the entrance without locating her. Our fault.
The terraces are worth it and everything was very well signposted and fast asceso.hic8mos the complete visit to the Duomoby and the museum.muy recommendable all.

The most important thing about the experience is that I did not have to wait too long in the sun to get in. The rooftop views are worth every minute of it and so is the Cathedral.
It has a super easy journey bur it has only 1 problem, please write on the tickets how many stair are. Everything worked fine only that noone told that are 400+ stair.

Milan doesn't have a large, beautiful city center that would make the hop-on hop-off bus worthwhile. You can do it, but there are nicer cities.

Had a great experience in Bologna so decided to do it Milan. We did the sport one first as the times matched up. The audio was talking all about stadium and items along the way, way before we see it so was hard to work out the monuments they were talking about. Based on this we opted not to do anymore.
Almost unable to get on the bus from the station. Had to stand the whole time downstairs unable to see or plug in headset. This was the Milan blue line, not enough buses meant waiting for next one wasn't an option. Red line was much better but it was a poor start to the tour. Also unable to see much as tour didn't stop except at the but stops, unable to get off to see places as one bus every 50 minutes meant you couldn't just hop on and off so not really as described. Would be better with just one bus route and many more buses so you can hop on and off with another bus closer behind.
A great way to experience all the wonders of the city. Loved the that we were able to get on and off. The audio experience information was also a plus. Thanks, we will recommend your service. Your employees were very helpful and kind!!
Very practical to be able to visit the most important sights within a short time on a short trip. The trips could start a little earlier in the morning.

Interesting tours. On the second bus, the audio guides didn't work properly. Friendliness of an agent while waiting for the bus a bit to be reviewed. Otherwise, good and worth repeating in other cities.

The lower level was the only level that had open seats. The view from the lower level was restricted by the windows not being big enough to see the city. The heat was on and set at a high temperature. This made staying on the bus uncomfortable.
The bus attendants were very helpful. The various lines (blue, red, yellow) can get confusing but they really simplified it for us. We met a bus attendant called Jennifer and her energy is awesome!

Tourist guide Maro was very easy going with no too many information. We had a just right portion of the general information about Dubrovnik and interesting information you cannot find in the books. He has interesting and not pretentious style of presenting his city (he adores it, btw) and he is naturally talented to have excellent relation with the guests. He is obviosly popular amont Dubrovnik which shows a lot about his character. I was late to meet the group and agency and him were very patient and understanding.. Absolutely to recommend!
Obtaining a ticket online automatically included a previous credit and the employees on the bus were great. We did struggle with getting a map showing where we could hop on and never did receive the confirmation email which may have helped.Ended up calling support and all was good thereafter.
Ticketing was really easy and the instructions sent by Whatsapp were great. We dtrughled a little to find the right bus stop so it would be great to have more detailed instructions for that. The English guiding was great, bus was clean and the staff were friendly.
The guided audio tour was very informative. It was great that there are four different lines included in the ticket although the schedules of the different lines could be better coordinated.
The buses were easy to get on and the routes easy to follow. And definitely worth a visit to the Leonardo da Vinci Museum. We spent three hours there almost unnoticed.

I liked the various line options. The interval between buses on the line that goes to SAN Siro could be shorter, so that you have more time to visit the Milan and Inter stores.

The weather was not great and the upper level of the bus did not protect you well from the rain. In addition, the narration did not synchronize well with an ability to see the specifics. Walking tours were much preferred.
The routes were very interesting but the quality of the headphones was average, we had to try 3 until we were able to listen to the explanations.

The ticket purchased on Headout was cheaper. The Milan city sightseeing tour includes 3 tours, on 3 different lines that make you visit the whole city without getting tired. It takes about 5 hours to complete the 3 tours, but it is worth it,if you are short on time and the weather does not give you the chance to visit the city on foot!

Excellent service. We had so much fun
Did not enjoy much as we rose only the yellow and red line. Very short.
The staff was excellent and helpful
Easy to get on and off the buses. 4 routes to take
Ticketing was a nice experience and easy to navigate through.
The possibility of changing to other lines and thus being able to explore the entire city.

Great convenient app! Combining public transportation and booking of cultural visits is a great convenience and is clear.

Everything worked very well! All the Qr codes were scanned without any problems and we were able to start the tour. No queuing! However, it is advisable to plan a few days in advance for the tours you want to do, as unfortunately everything is booked up spontaneously. Including the metro was ideal and worked really well. We were very satisfied!

The CityPas really comes highly recommended. It really added value for us that the public transport was included in the trip for 3 days. This allowed us to navigate within the city easily and quickly instead of always having to buy separate tickets. Especially at busy stations, it saves a lot of time not having to buy a separate ticket (or 10-ride card) each time. The Duomo was of course the topper but we did have some trouble scheduling this, of the 3 days of our pass we could only book time slots for this on 1 day and as it turned out, that was because Saturday/Sunday afternoon it was closed due to a conference. This was not communicated through the app. TIP; you don't have to stick to the time slot of your choice at the attractions, they just scan the QR when you made your reservation in the app. Gave me more of a vacation feeling and it saves a lot of hassle not having to constantly watch the time!
