I booked the experience, paid for it, and HEADHOUT changed the date by mistake. After several contacts by email, I decided to talk on the phone. I spent 28 euros on communication, and it wasn't satisfactory. It was a disappointment as I was unable to reschedule. Finally, they told me they would refund the amount I had paid within a few days. And after several requests, they offered a 10% discount (!!!!) on a future activity. They ruined my holiday.... not to be repeated without a doubt! They should treat the customer better. I wouldn't advise anyone to choose headOut.

Access is excellently organized. We had a short waiting time. Bag check is understandable. Then an elevator ride up to the roof terrace. The view as far as the Alps and the perspectives of the cathedral itself are impressive. The way down is on foot. If you have also booked admission to the cathedral, you turn off directly after the stairs into the cathedral. Wonderfully organized!

Awesome experience.Iit was super easy to get on the terrace of the Duomo.The QR code provided did help speed up the entrance.As usual Headout made it easy

Milan Cathedral is very impressive. The walk across the terrace and the roof of the cathedral was also fascinating 👍

We used Headout tickets for several attractions in Italy and they all worked out perfectly! The instructions were clear and accurate. It's a very convenient service and I'm definitely using Headout again in the future.

Spectacular building and lots to discover. Beautiful view over the city when everything is accessible. Unfortunately there was a lot of scaffolding when we were there.

Easy access to the top with the elevator, Cane 15 minutes early and waited a bit on line before reaching the top. Amazing views!!!

I'm sure I didn't read all the instructions properly, but I thought I had a ticket for the terraces and the interior of the Duomo; in fact my ticket only gave access to the terraces. So I was disappointed. What's more, having lost my Apple code, I couldn't install the Headout application. Fortunately, 2 hours before the visit, I received the QR codes in my email. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get into the Duomo.

Booking tickets and viewing them on the app makes the experience easier.

Gigantic building, great view from the terraces

great views from the roof and the interior was fatastic. The downside was the long queue toget in (about 1 hour).

Excellent organization! Beautiful experience.

I managed to take 3 out of 4 of the tours. The audio guide so rarely seemed to match where we were on the tour, either very early or late, to the point that more than half the time I thought maybe it was playing the wrong one. And, the music that kept playing was incredibly annoying because it was so repetitive. The music itself is great, but why or why must it be only the same little snippets on repeat when there are so many great choices.

Everything!!!! lake of as and berlina dreamed places, but the guys who guided us were exceptional!!!!! Sara in Como and Simone with an awesome chauffeur, Vicctor, made it a dream experience, thank you so much!

The driver had a lot of lengthy stops on route and there seems to be only 1 point on route you can change routes l only managed 2 out ot of 3 as l run out of time (day trip)

i had techncal problems with the ios app. The map did not work properly, the app hang several times and I had to use google services to find nearest bus stops etc.

The ride on the bus without the roof was also wonderful for taking photos. With the roof, the view of the buildings is very limited.

Well synchronized lines ! But the schedule is short to be able to get off and dubif in 24 hs.

It was way too loud in the bus you almost didn't hear the autoguide, too bad

A practical tour when you know where you're going

* Some headphone jacks were broken. * The host sometimes informed about next stop over of audioguides information.

The issue is that even though I purchased my tickets through Headout I still had to go to every ticket office to receive ticket, even free entry venues, for my children. My recommendation is to be able to add the youth tickets to the main venue ticket for convenience.

I had 3 passes for November 2nd but it was impossible to reserve tickets. I could not use the passes. You only notify me of the additional reservation after paying for the passes. I understand that I have been the victim of a pseudo fraud and I request a refund of the 180€ I paid.

when I activated my code, it showed invalid date. I waste my money, I couldn't use any of this

Great convenient app! Combining public transportation and booking of cultural visits is a great convenience and is clear.

Everything worked very well! All the Qr codes were scanned without any problems and we were able to start the tour. No queuing! However, it is advisable to plan a few days in advance for the tours you want to do, as unfortunately everything is booked up spontaneously. Including the metro was ideal and worked really well. We were very satisfied!

The CityPas really comes highly recommended. It really added value for us that the public transport was included in the trip for 3 days. This allowed us to navigate within the city easily and quickly instead of always having to buy separate tickets. Especially at busy stations, it saves a lot of time not having to buy a separate ticket (or 10-ride card) each time. The Duomo was of course the topper but we did have some trouble scheduling this, of the 3 days of our pass we could only book time slots for this on 1 day and as it turned out, that was because Saturday/Sunday afternoon it was closed due to a conference. This was not communicated through the app. TIP; you don't have to stick to the time slot of your choice at the attractions, they just scan the QR when you made your reservation in the app. Gave me more of a vacation feeling and it saves a lot of hassle not having to constantly watch the time!
